Who we are
Waypoint Fractional Partners, LLC provides fractional executive leadership, business development, and partnerships services to small and mid-size organizations. We operate primarily online through our website and virtual tools.


Our commitment
We are working to make our website www.waypointfractionalpartners.com accessible to people with disabilities. Our goal is that visitors with disabilities can browse and use our site with a level of ease and enjoyment similar to other visitors.

What web accessibility is

An accessible website lets visitors with disabilities browse and use the site with a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This may be achieved through the capabilities of the device or browser, and with assistive technologies such as screen readers, voice recognition, magnifiers, or alternative input devices.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We have implemented:

  • • Semantic HTML with meaningful headings
    • Logical tab order and full keyboard navigation
    • Visible focus indicators on interactive elements
    • Text alternatives for images and icons
    • Sufficient color contrast for text and controls
    • Clear labels, instructions, and error messages on forms
    • Descriptive link text that makes sense out of context
    • “Skip to content” links on pages with repeated navigation
    • Respect for reduced-motion preferences where supported
    • Captions on videos we publish, transcripts for audio where feasible
    • PDFs created with tagged structure where possible
    • Responsive layouts that support common zoom levels and screen sizes

 

How we test
We perform periodic automated checks using tools such as WAVE, axe, and Lighthouse. We also conduct manual keyboard-only reviews and spot checks with screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.

Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, on current desktop and mobile operating systems. Some features may not function as intended on browsers or devices that are no longer supported by their vendors.

 

Third-party content and services
Our site may embed or link to tools such as Calendly, Google Workspace, Zoom, YouTube or Vimeo, e-signature services, LinkedIn, and payment processors. These providers are responsible for the accessibility of their own products. If you encounter a barrier in third-party content, please tell us and we will work with the provider or offer an alternative when possible.

 

Continuous improvement
We treat accessibility as an ongoing process. We review new features and content for accessibility impact and prioritize fixes based on severity and user impact.

Some pages include content or services from third parties that we do not control. When accessibility depends on those providers, those pages may be partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Examples include scheduling widgets, video players, map embeds, file viewers, and payment processors. Waypoint operates primarily online. For virtual meetings, we can enable live captions where supported, provide presentation materials in accessible formats upon request, and describe essential visuals during sessions. For any in-person sessions we host, we will share venue accessibility details in advance and work to provide reasonable accommodations.
